Shenzhen Winzhongtong Technology Finance Co., Ltd. is located at 7/8th Floor, Aerospace Science and Technology Building, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Houhai Road and Haide Road, East Reclamation Area, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The total construction area is 4203.6 square meters, and the design area includes open office areas, conference rooms, public open spaces, leisure areas and independent offices.



The design concept highlights the concept of “sharing” and will subvert the traditional way of working. It aims to encourage employees to open up their offices and activate the financial industry through technology to create more value for the company. Stairs are connected during the design process so that employees can communicate in a timely manner, avoiding ineffective waiting times. The soft outfits in the space are matched with rich colors to effectively activate the visual nerves of the employees. In the foreground area, the company's brand value color – blue tone – is incorporated, allowing customers and employees to have a profound visual impact.
